Spell Check not working in Help Desk Response Rich Text Editor

We are experiencing an issue with spell-checking within the HR Help Desk module on our Responsive UI.

When agents are writing responses to users inside the Help Desk Response Rich Text Area, the spell check (red squiggly lines for typos) does not work or appear at all. However, when users or agents are typing text into fields during the Creation of a Service Request, the spell check functions perfectly.
We have verified that our corporate browser settings are completely fine (spell check is fully enabled across Edge). Our browser settings are all fine and spell check works perfectly in our other ticketing systems' rich text editors (for example, Assyst), but it fails to work specifically when writing responses inside the Oracle HR Help Desk rich text work area.
