Career and Performance tile is not visible but under show more can view career and performance

Summary:

We have removed the privilege 'HRT_ACCESS_MY_CAREER_AND_PERFORMANCE' from Employee role but user can still view the career and performance under show more. Not sure what privilege is giving access under quick actions.
