Search bar doesn't appear on worksheet compensation

Hi, we are at version 26A.

We have yet implemented the Salary Compensation Plan but, if I navigate the Worksheet I'm not able to search direct reports or other employee because I don't have the search bar.

I tried to set it up but without success.

Could you pls suggest me what is missing?
