Performance document lifecycle BIP report

Working on Performance document lifecycle BI report for Oracle Fusion Performance Management and need to identify when a performance task first moved to In Progress.

We currently use HRA_EVAL_STEPS and can retrieve CREATION_DATE, NOTIFIED_DATE, STEP_COMPLETION_DATE, and LAST_UPDATE_DATE. We also reviewed ACTION_PERFORMED_DATE, STEP_UPD_ACTION_CODE, and STEP_UPD_ACTION_PERFORMED_DATE, but these are null for completed tasks in our environment.

We need lifecycle dates such as Ready Date, In Progress Date, and Completed Date for tasks like Worker Self-Evaluation, Manager Evaluation, Approval, and Acknowledgement.
