Performance Ratings distribution is applying a rounding rule

Under our Performance Rating Model, distributions must be applied using decimal values based on our organisational figures. However, the system enforces rounding rules—for example, a required value of 0.5 is automatically rounded up to 1 upon entry, which does not align with the expected outcome.
As a result, the worksheet compensation Performance Calibration graph cannot be used with the target distributions. This is particularly inconsistent, as the corresponding table supports the use of decimal values.
