Escalation triggers the BPM absence expiry notification

Summary:

In the Absence Approval Task, the creator should receive an expiry notification only when the approval has genuinely expired. Currently, the configuration of adding the Creator as a recipient under Task Status "Expire" is also triggering expiry notifications during escalation events. This unintended behavior results in the creator receiving expiry mails when the task is escalated, which is incorrect. The challenge is to prevent expiry notifications from being sent during escalation while ensuring they are delivered upon actual task expiry.
