Summary: Giving bind variable error for $shipment_gid in SHIPMENT STOP agent

Content: I am encountering an anomaly. I am triggering Shipment Stop agent via DTA(Order release to Shipment Stop) and getting following error while trying to use $shipment_gid as variable in Shipment Stop agent. The agent is getting invoked properly, but it's giving following Bind variable error:

Has anyone seen similar behavior?
