OTM Agent Failure at Shipment update statement

Dear All,

We are encountering an issue while attempting to update the shipment table (OTM)

The current logic includes an IF condition to verify whether the shipment reference number with qualifier ‘X’ exists. If it does exist, the intention is to update the reference number value. However, the agent is failing at the DSQ step with the error message provided below. In our test case, the reference number already exists; therefore, the condition evaluates to true and the process proceeds to the DSQ statement. Despite this, the system encounters an error during execution.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue in the past?
