Competencies Not Updating in Performance Document

We have assigned the performance documents and tested with both scenarios—"Synchronize Goals" checked and unchecked in the performance template. The ESS job “Synchronize Person Profile Competencies in Performance Documents” was executed successfully. However, the competencies are still not reflecting in the Competency Assessment document.

Expected Behavior:
Competencies should be updated in the Competency Assessment document after running the ESS process.
