We are experiencing an issue with Transportation Operational Intelligence (TOI) in OTM following the 26B upgrade.

The user has been granted all the required Transportation Intelligence roles and permissions, and access to the TOI menu is working correctly.

Specifically:

The Transportation Intelligence > Data Visualization menu is visible and accessible.

The user can successfully open the Data Visualization page.

However, when creating a new Analysis/Data Set, no Subject Areas are displayed.

As a result, it is not possible to create any new TOI analyses.
