Redwood: Create and Manage Sales Orders is not allowing to Disable

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We have enabled these features in one of the instance "Redwood: Search and Apply Actions on Multiple Sales Orders" and "Redwood: Create and Manage Sales Orders" during 25D and we are now in 26B, having couple of questions.

1. Does this feature "Redwood: Create and Manage Sales Orders" need to be enabled to get all sales orders to be opened in redwood ui
2. We see that this feature opt-in "Redwood: Create and Manage Sales Orders" is 'Locked' and is unable to disable.

I understand that Redwood is going to be mandated, however, wanted to know which feature makes this mandate where sales orders gets automatically opened in redwood ui instead of re directing to classic UI.
