CASDK - 0005 Error in OIC for OFS Adaptor

I am getting an error when adding the OFS Adaptor to an Integration in OIC


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I have setup a confidential application in IDCS for OFS → OIC integrations, when added as a connection in OIC and tested, it returns a successful result. The same when added to OFS and tested.

When added to an integration, it returns a CASDK-0005 error and will not me to proceed any further.

Is this related to the recent changes that introduce Permission Groups for API access? - I cannot find any documentation on this to confirm or not.
