Problem Report generated from rejected Inspection characteristic is not visiblefrom Work Order page

Summary:

When users perform a Manufacturing Work Order Inspection and reject one or more inspection characteristics, Oracle automatically generates a Problem Report

.However, there appears to be no out-of-the-box mapping or visibility from the Manufacturing Work Order page to the generated Problem Report. Business users are unable to see whether a Problem Report exists for the Work Order, what the Problem Report number is, or whether the Problem Report has been completed or closed.

Business users need to see Problem Report details directly on the Manufacturing Work Order page, similar to how statuses, exceptions, or other work order-related information is shown.
