Payable Agent not reading the Invoice line

Summary:

We have Invoice PDF from vendor showing details as -

Invoice Summary
FedEx Express Services
Total Charges USD $960.81
FedEx Other Charges
Total Charges USD $86.44
TOTAL THIS INVOICE USD $1,047.25

After ingestion and importing, Invoice created with one line with Invoice total amount of 1047.25 and Invoice line amount of only 86.44.

We were expecting to either create two lines where each line amount as $960.81 and $86.44 or create one line with total amount of $1,047.25
