Plan Configuration
- Accrual Frequency: Quarterly
- Accrual Timing: Beginning of Period
- Quarterly Entitlement: 3 Days
- Balance Transfer during Global Transfer: Enabled
- On Transfer to New Legal Employer: Same Plan Only
Scenario
- The employee receives 3 days of quarterly accrual at the beginning of the quarter (e.g., 01-Apr-2026).
- The employee consumes part of the balance.
- A Global Transfer is performed within the same quarter (e.g., 24-Jun-2026).
- Oracle correctly transfers the remaining balance by creating:
- Ending Balance - HR Transfer
