Worker Statement Action Compensation Change Statement Employee Experience
Summary:
We are working to implement Worker Actions on Compensation Change Statements. We are finding that the Compensation Change Statement acknowledgement process is very click intensive and a poor user experience. The “Before Viewing” and “After Viewing” are essentially the same, neither assure that the associate viewed the actual statement, but just the “Text Shown to Worker” is viewed before being able to acknowledge. Is something set up inaccurately in our system or is how many clicks/ how it is designed? I will log an idea if this is the design. Looking for someone to validate, based on our Statement
