Absence are not flowing for newly configured timecard
Summary:
We recently launched timecards for a new country on 01-Jul-2026, but approved absences aren't pulling through to the timecards.
For instance, Employee 1234 had an annual leave request for 06-Jul to 09-Jul approved back on 01-Jun.
We then set up the timecard system and linked the Annual Leave integration on 01-Jul.
We expected that generating the timecard for the week of 06-Jul would automatically show this annual leave.
Instead, it’s failing to pull any absences that were submitted or approved prior to our 01-Jul go-live.
What's the best way to fix this?
