For Example : Employee Shift Start Time : 9 Am, Employee Shift Stop Time : 6 Pm.
Employee Biometric hours are recorded with Punch In: 9 Am, Punch Out: 4 Pm
Now when applying the absence, the time should automatically populate as Start time: 4 Pm, Stop time: 6 Pm.
