Time card approval delegation

Summary:

We have a custom BI report that emails weekly time entry details to supervisors.

We now have a new requirement: if a supervisor is on leave, the email should go to their delegated approver instead.

I know the standard Oracle job "Employee Vacation and Delegation Rules Report" shows this information. However, because it is a standard (seeded) job, I cannot see the underlying SQL query.

Has anyone built a similar solution? Could you share the SQL tables or query needed to find active vacation and delegation rules?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
