We would appreciate your guidance regarding a security administration question in Oracle Fusion Sales and Service.
Background
Our customer currently has 106 custom security roles that have been created over several years to support different business processes and security requirements.
As the solution has evolved over time, the customer's security model has become increasingly complex. They would now like to simplify and standardize it by removing obsolete roles, consolidating similar roles where possible, and reducing the overall number of custom roles.
Our Question
We would like to understand whether Oracle provides any recommended process, methodology, or service to support this type of security role rationalization.
