How to give view access in talent review meeting for HRBP for selected employees out of their AOR

Summary:

We are creating Talent review meetings and add HRBP as facilitator to the meetings. And we need this HRBP is able to add new talents from direct reports of the Manager they support, even the employee is not located in their AOR.

Talent Review: We need to make sure that the HRBP is able to include in the list of ‘Meeting Review Population’ all the direct reports of the Manager they support, even if not all these employee are in the same Region.

Succession Planning: We need that the HRBPs have the ability to see all employees in the ‘Succession Planning’ so that we can build our succession plans with talents outside their own region.
