Ability to hide suspended activities for a user type from dispatch console

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement that for one of the user types, we do not want to display suspended activities on dispatch console.

Can you please help how this can be achieved or is it not possible.

We know filters can be created but user will have to apply the filter. Is there a way that filter is automatically applied for a user type.
