Change the order in which categories are displayed on one of the axes in a Talent Review matrix

We have a rating model from 1 to 4, where the rating categories are configured as follows: High (1 - 1.99), Medium (2 - 2.99), Low (3 - 4).

When configuring the matrix in a Talent review template, the automatic order of the y-axis is High, Medium, Low. We want to change the order of the cells without changing the rating category configuration so that it displays Low, Medium, High.

Is there a way to do this?
