Global Absence notification - Failed - Error on Absence and Entitlement Reprocess Absence

Summary:

Employee received a failed notification from absence request approval. I went to Absences and Entitlements and noticed the message below. Clicked on View details and clicked Reprocess Absence and Run Approvals. This has happened a couple times now. Has anyone else had this issue? I submitted an SR but they aren't seeing any issues with our set up but there has to be a reason why this happened and was curious.
