"Is it possible to create attachment categories for Account and Activity records?

Summary:

Hi all,

We need to create custom attachment categories for two objects — Accounts and Activities — so that sales users can select the appropriate category directly in the Category dropdown when uploading an attachment (not just have the category exist in the backend, but actually be selectable in the UI at the moment of upload).

For Accounts, we identified the attachment entity as ZCA_SALES_PARTY. For Activities, we haven't yet confirmed the exact attachment entity name — could you please also confirm this?

What we've done so far:
