How to add tabs to the Service Request Details page in Oracle Service Center
You can add a small tab bar at the top of the Service Request Details page to help agents focus on the view they need: the standard overview, communications, or related objects. You name it!
The steps provided in this example can be achieved now. Be aware that in 26D, we are providing an extensibility option that allows you to easily add tabs to the Service Request Details page.
What this extension does
The extension uses the supported SR Detail Container on the cx-svc-sr-details fragment. It keeps the delivered sections in place rather than replacing them.
