How Not Done status of any activity in FFS is handled in WACS
Summary:
We are currently implementing the Oracle Fusion Field Service (FFS) and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WACS) integration using the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) accelerator.
We have a business requirement where when a field technician marks an activity as "Not Done" in FFS — this status needs to be communicated back to WACS so that the planner in WACS can:
- See that the activity was not completed
- Create a new work activity under the same work order for rescheduling
WACS does not appear to have an equivalent out-of-the-box status for "Not Done" that can be reflected as not done on the Work Activity.
