Work History Content Section – Current Job Lookup shows "No matches found" in DEV (works in PROD)

Hi team,
I'm facing a strange issue on Oracle HCM Cloud and hoping someone has seen this before. The issue is inherited in Oracel Recruiting Module (Job Application Flow).

Setup:
In a Work History Content Section, the field Current Job is configured as:

  • Field Type: Lookup
  • Lookup Type: SOGEI_CAT_LAVORATORE (Meaning: "Categoria Lavoratore")
  • Display: Detail
  • 3 Lookup Codes: LAV_AUTONOMO, LAV_DIPENDENTE, LAV_ALTRO

Problem:
In PROD the LoV works perfectly — the 3 values appear in the dropdown.
In DEV the dropdown opens but shows "No matches found."
Issue is reproducible in both Core HR (Skills & Qualifications) and ORC candidate application flow.
