Broadcast Tender Cost Tolerance

We have configured a value for the Broadcast Tender Max Cost Addition Percent parameter to control carrier responses to broadcast tenders.

My understanding is that when a carrier submits a broadcast tender response with a cost that exceeds the configured tolerance, OTM automatically rejects the response.

I am looking to understand the following:

  • How does OTM communicate this rejection back to the carrier?
  • Does OTM generate:
