Rebuild Sales Order Line indexes is triggering "Rebuild Product Management Applications Indexes"

Summary:

We are attempting to enable Redwood for Order Management and one of the first steps to perform is to rebuild indexes for Sales Order and Sales Order Lines object. The sales order rebuild index works fine, but when attempting sales orders lines, I see ESS Job Rebuild Product Management Applications Indexes is getting triggered and is ending in Error with error message "ESS job PMESIndexMaintenance ESS failed with error: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out after 300000 millis"
