The objective of this request is to understand the process for exporting and importing an external-type instance configuration. The requirement is to export all configuration objects from the source instance and import them into another blank instance while preserving the complete configuration, object relationships, and dependencies.

Backup Scope:- The following configuration objects must be backed up from the source instance before the migration:

Page layouts

Tables

Measures

Exceptions

Hierarchies and level configurations

Attributes

Attribute parameters

Segments

Any other dependent configuration objects required for a successful migration

We are using the following utility of Oracle to Import/Export

First, we have created a new blank instance SCP and then export/import facility. We are getting the failure both these cases
