How to grant access to one task in Setup and Maintenance?

Hi,

We have a requirement to provide access to Manage HTML Email Template task in Recruiting and Candidate Experience offering to the custom Recruiter role. We do not want to give access to any other tasks in setup and maintenance.

Please update if this can be achieved.
