Manager Rating field greyed out for new manager after Performance Document Transfer

Summary:

Manager transferred few performance documents to another manager.

  • The document correctly shows the new manager's name in the performance document.
  • The task appears correctly in the new manager's queue to evaluate
  • Task status shows as In Progress
  • However, when the new manager opens the document, the Manager Rating field is greyed out and cannot be edited

Has anyone experienced this issue or has any insight on how to resolve this issue?
