Items are not visible on sales order in Redwood UI

Hi

I have enabled item level feature for order management but unable to see anything on landing page if I launch Indexed under configure application in Redwood UI.

Could you please help me to understand this behavior. This works fine when we try to enable the same in different Dev environment but did not worked in another.

is this any role or privileges needs to be enable for the same. Please advise.
