Clarification on Team Membership Updates in Reconciliations

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with team membership updates for Preparer and Reviewer teams.

When a new user is added to a team, the change is not immediately reflected in the associated reconciliations. The newly added user is unable to view the reconciliation until they log out and log back in.

Additionally, when a System Administrator user is added to the team, the update does not appear to be reflected even after the user logs out and logs back in, and the reconciliation remains inaccessible to that user.

Could you please help us understand the following:

  • How team membership updates are propagated to reconciliations.
