System does not Inactivate end dated work definitions

in Manufacturing

Summary:

  1. We are on 26B Fusion app
  2. We use discrete manufacturing. We have 3 versions of a Work Definition. Here, only version 3 is the active version, versions 1 & 2 are end-dated.
  3. Currently in system, all the versions along with the end-dated ones are showing Work Definition status as 'Active'. Upon deactivating any of the end-dated versions, all the versions along with the active one is getting deactivated.
  4. We need only the latest version to show as 'Active' status in the system. All other end-dated versions should go into 'Inactive' status because we do not use end dated Work definitions and Work orders also refer the Version 3
