Feature to Override Time Profile going away in 26c?

26C new redwood page for Time Profiles indicates that overrides (along with the troubleshoot button) are not going to be available in 26C (source).
Will these features be released at a later date or is this permanent?

We absolutely require this feature as it is the recommended method to delete an approved timecard that has auditing enabled (KB39232).
