Load Timecard in approved state via REST

Summary:

We are currently using REST to load a timecard to Submitted status as per code snippet.

This time is coming from an external system where the time is already being approved by the Project Manager. As such when the time is loaded, we would like to load it as approved. This means that the same Manager needs to approve the time in both the external system and in Oracle.

I do not see this as a option for REST. Is there a way to achieve this?
