For EOI Setup, Trying to configure Benefit Certifications > Life Event level

Summary
The requirement is to setup EOI for Supplemental and Spouse Term Plans.

We have Waive, 1x,2x,3x,4x and 5x for Supplemental where 2x is the GI limit.

For life events like Open, Birth etc the employee can only go one level up.

Example -

If employee is in waive and choose to go to 2X then EOI should be triggered.

I tried the below setup but it didnt work →

I removed everything from the General Config tab still seems like it continues to validate the previous setup itself.

How to fulfill the client requirement?
