Absence Management-Leave Transactions

Manager is not able to apply leave on behalf his directs .

we are using navigator -My Team -search for team member and add his absence

We have performed the following validations and checks:

  • Verified that the Calendar Event is configured correctly.
  • Verified that the Work Schedule is attached to the Calendar Event.
  • Verified that the manager has the required role and can perform actions for direct reports.
  • Ran the following processes successfully:
    • Send Pending LDAP Requests
    • Import User and Role Application Security Data
    • Security Synchronization Process
  • Verified that the holiday is displayed correctly in the employee Work Schedule calendar
