Unable to see Requisition and Requisition Line Fields in Add Expense drawer

Summary:

We want to associate a Service Work Order with a Requisition, recently a new idea has been delivered in 25c in which we can add an expense and select Requisition and Requisition line so that we can associate purchase requisition lines to service work order expense charges to capture all the work order's costs and bill the customer for the services and/or materials purchased for the service work order

We are currently in 26b but unable to see Requisition and Requisition Line Fields in Add Expense drawer. As per the documentation we do not need to do any thing to enable this feature. We also have all the required privileges assigned with the user. Is there anything we are missing
