Automatic update of MBO bonus value after salary change in Promote/Transfer transactions

Hello everyone,
we are looking for guidance on how to manage the following scenario and whether there is any standard functionality available.

We have configured MBO bonus targets using two values: an amount and a percentage. The logic depends on the country: in Italy the bonus is managed as a fixed amount, while in other countries it is calculated as a percentage of the annual salary.

Currently, when HR performs transactions such as Promote, Transfer or Off-cycle salary changes, the salary can be updated but the related MBO value is not automatically recalculated. HR users need to manually update the corresponding value before submitting the transaction for approval.
