How to identify which user has updated payroll relationship data with HDL

Summary:

We wanted know which user has updated the payroll relationship of employees 1 year back. Currently its showing last updated by as

FUSION_APPS_HCM_ESS_LOADER_APPID . But its creating issue in Audit ,as we are not able to identify who has updated the data.

Please help with any SQL or any other way to get this audit data.
