New agent version gets created even if we have not yet clicked "Finished" using "Copy Agent" action

Summary:

When we are copying an existing agent using "Copy Agent" action, we give a new agent id and click on "OK". The moment we click OK, the new agent gets created without even final click on "Finished" button. I think this is something that does not happen with other objects (transactional or configurational). Is this an issue with the product or this is how it's designed to work?

After clicking on "OK", the below page opens where it still needs some changes to be done but eventually the new Agents gets created already.
