redwood enablement for responsive Benefit self service page not working

Summary:

HI

I am trying to enable REDWOOD page instead of existing Responsive Benefit Self service page.

I followed the steps given in

But doesnt look like working for me .

modified the custom employee role to add all security items mentioned but doesnt seems to work

Anything I am missing ??
