FFS - Preventive Maintenance Work Order

Summary:

We have enabled Fusion Field Service and as part of it, we want the 'Create Service Work Orders for Preventive Maintenance' to create work orders directly of type Fusion field service however in the program parameter it is not providing any values for status when i select work order type as Fusion Field Service. It works when i pick Generic work order though. How do it fix it ? I am unable to create Service Requests and Work Orders due to this.
