CTO-Configured Item's Sales Order does not create Supply WorkOrder

Dear Experts

We are successfully creating Sales Order for Configuratble Item and line has Awaiting Shipping Status. But issue is that SO does not create a Supply Work Order. We have defined ATP rule based on Supply chain and also defined Assignment set with make 100% at corresponding inv org. I have defined Work defintion of Model as well. But still not generating Work Order for configured * item.

Please suggest what is missing here and how can I generate Supply Work Order.
