Redwood26B We have req to backdate 'Additional Compensation' section in Individual Compensation page

Summary:

We have a business requirement in 'Individual Compensation' page where Line manager should have the ability to back-date an employee plan in 'Additional Compensation' section. The system doesn't allow to perform backdate and it is greyed out. The only option is to select as of today or future date in this section. Anyone has same issue, or is this the expected functionality in Redwood page.
