How to conditionally display/trigger an Action Plan step based on a WO field value

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to configuring an Action Plan Template in Oracle Fusion Service for a Shop Repair workflow and need guidance on implementing conditional step visibility/execution based on user input.

When a technician completes the initial Work Order (First WO – Shop Repair Pickup), they select whether a temporary loaner device was provided to the customer via a custom field (LoanerInvloved_c =Yes/No).

1. If Loaner =Yes

• Trigger/display a new Loaner Action step right after the first WO.
• Proceed through the standard repair flow: Change SR Status ——→ Second WO (Shop Repair) ——> Third WO (Shop Repair Return)
