How to default Manual Rating to Calculated Rating across Goals, Competencies, and Overall Summary ?

Request for configuration options: Defaulting Manual Ratings to Calculated Ratings across Goals, Competencies, and Overall Summary sections in Redwood Performance Documents.

Problem Description:

In our Redwood Performance Document setup, the system calculates section ratings based on item ratings and weightings. However, managers must manually select a rating from the Manual Rating dropdown for each section.

We want to streamline this process by having the Manual Rating field automatically pre-populate with the system Calculated Rating by default, while retaining the manager's ability to manually override the value if necessary.
